SESSION FEES:
Includes three appointments. The first is your consultation
appointment where we plan the particulars of your individual session,
the second is the appointment for photography, and the third is your
preview appointment. We generally collect all session fees at the
consultation appointment. |

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
We collect payment in full on orders under $200. On orders over $200
we can accept 50% down and the balance when the prints are picked up.

CLOTHING:
Clothing makes the portrait and a great deal of time will be spent
during the consultation appointment discussing it. Please take care
to avoid busy patterns and prints. Color coordination and harmony are
of great importance. |

HELPFUL HINTS:
Avoid sleeveless and very short sleeves. Make sure you bring all of
your accessory items to complete the look. |

MAKE UP
& HAIR: Should be worn as normal. Avoid heavy eye make up
since it can make you look sleepy eyed. Please never change your
hairstyle just before a portrait appointment. You probably will not
like the photographs. |

GLASSES:
If you wear glasses everyday just visit your optometrist and borrow a
pair of empty frames, or have your lenses removed. This eliminates
reflections and glare which is very expensive to have removed. |

LADIES:
Make sure your nails don't clash with your clothing. A nice manicure
with light colored polish is perfect. |
